Mint Plushie Shipping Update

Plushie Production & Shipping Schedule

The Mint plushies are being released in two batches:

  1. First Batch (1,000 plushies) – These were pre-produced and are now shipping out. Delays from new tariff documentation being needed on recent shipments delayed mail outs from February to March mail out but things are being worked on.
    • Canada orders: Currently being shipped.
    • US orders: Slightly delayed but in the process of being packed and shipped.
    • Additional charges: There should be no extra charges for orders within Canada and the US.
  2. Second Batch (Backorders) – This includes all plushies ordered after the first 1,000 sold out.
    • Production status: The plushies are fully produced and currently en route via boat to NA warehouses for packing and shipping.
    • Estimated shipping time: Expected to be shipped out in July, after Anime Expo (AX).

General Questions

How do I know if I am part of the initial 1000 plushies or the backorder batch?

  • The first 1000 plushies sold out within minutes of release. If you ordered after that, your plushie is part of the backorders.
  • You can also check your order confirmation email—if the plushie is marked as “backordered,” it is part of the second batch.

I want my plushie earlier. Can I get one from the first batch?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate this request. Orders are fulfilled on a first-in, first-out basis depending on item availability.

Would I have to pay additional tariffs on the orders?

For orders within Canada and the US there shouldn’t be any additional tariff fees on the plushies as they are shipping within their respective countries.
