Q. How does the free item work?

So you will need to have your cart value equal or greater to the value of the tier of item you want e.g. your cart needs to be >=$30 to select a sticker to your order. After selecting a valid free item you would need to enter it’s respective code in the coupon section of the cart page. You will see discounted amount before you go to the checkout page if you have done it correctly. If you need help on this you can go to the discord and ask for help trouble shooting this there.

Q. When will my order be packed and shipped?

All non pre-order orders are packed the following day the order is made (so if a order is made Monday it is packed on Tuesday). Typically orders made from Tuesday to the following Monday are mailed out on the upcoming Wednesday as illustrated here

Occasionally orders made on Tuesday and Wednesday morning are mailed out the same week, though this depends on how busy the packing schedule is.

Q. How do I apply Car Vinyl Stickers/ Decals – Yes I’ll make it pretty later

  • Remove the white backing sheet from the sticker and transfer paper
  • (Optional but I recommend) while the sticker is attached to the transfer paper, pre peel a small section (Normally the bottom, but any area that isn’t pointy should be fine) before applying to the surface
  • Apply the sticker with the transfer paper to the surface, make sure to apply from the center outwards to avoid air bubbles
  • Peel the transfer paper away from a safe non pointed side, if you did the optional, peel in the same direction you made the pre-peel

Q. What does having an account/ logging in do?

It makes customer support support easier since all orders would be attributed to the account. It can also save time on checkout, though it doesn’t have any functionality outside of that at the moment.

Q. I placed my order how long would be until it’s shipped out?

Assuming your order isn’t on hold or delayed to missing inventory it will likely be shipped out on the following Friday or Monday depending on the amount of orders there are. To know if your order is delayed check out the trello here.

Q. What carrier do you use to ship out orders?

So orders go through Chitchats first which is a E-Commerce shipping solution based in Canada. From there they are handed off to Canada post or USPS depending on where you live and which shipping method you chose in checkout.

Q. How long would it take to receive my order when it’s shipped?

It depends on your location, but to help get an idea it’s broken down to three general regions.
– Canada, should arrive within two week. Shipping is done via a proxy to Canada Post so it takes it a day or two longer to get organized.
– United States, should also arrive in a week but give it two weeks due to post office logistics.
– International (everywhere else), at the moment orders are expected to arrive within 8 weeks, expect longer due to covid though.

Q. Is there tracking for my order?

For Canada and the United States yes, you should receive one with the e-mail confirming your order is shipped.
International orders don’t come with tracking by default, but there is a shipping option of USPS Tracked though it’s at an increased cost.

Q. What countries do you ship to?

We are able to ship to most countries though if you feel uncertain about your specific country you can e-mail us about it and we will be able to confirm with you if we could.

Q. What can you do if my order is missing items/ arrives damaged?

Each order is double checked to make sure all of the items are in there and protected from shipping damage as best we can, but in event if something is missing/ heavily damage, we will have to handle it on a case by case basis.

Q. Does the price include customs and importing fees?

No it does not, you will have to pay any customs or importing fees for these items yourself. On this note, we have never heard of customers getting these fees in North America.

Q. I’m a Canadian customer, can I pay in CAD instead?

Yes you can, though it will be handled manually. You would need to e-mail [email protected] with which items you would like then we will be able to send you a payment request in Canadian.
